Responsibility
？ Communicate client technical requirements to Design Institute
？ Review designs against Client technical requirement
？ Review design schedule & progress
？ Electrical equipment erection quality control and schedule supervision
？ Coordination with sub-contractors and suppliers

Requirements:
？ Familiar with related codes, regulations and international project operation
？ More than 3 years experience in chemical industry and power plant preferred
？ Competent interpersonal and communication skills
？ Bachelor degree, major in water supply and drainage is preferred
？ Good English; Russian will be a big plus
？ Good health; Frequent travel is required
