Title: Bidding Officer 投标专员

Report to: Power Utility Head - 电力与公共设施事业部 HEAD


The responsibilities:

1. Provide bidding support to the whole sales team of P&U department for project bidding;

2. Set up and consolidate bidding materials package;

3. Set up and update proposal and contract templates for each BU and each service, with coordination with company legal councilor and financial department;

4 Update reference list of P&U department per BU and per service type, on bimonthly basis;

5. Provide documentation support for sales team in proposal and contract making;

6. Market intelligence for project bidding.


Main Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree is a must. Marketing related major is preferred.

2. Having at least 2 - 3 yrs experience in bidding and contract management related.

3. Results-oriented with the ability to network / collaborate with others and work in teams

4. Have self- improvement abilities, and able to work independently and under pressure

5. Integrity and professional ethics

6. Fluency in English both oral and written

7. Good computer skills especially in PPT skills etc
