Responsibilities:

Work with Business HR manager to understand business structure and helps line managers to build up the HR System to meet the business needs; to support line managers in employee relationship
To support/participate in recruitment process by understanding needs, requirements, selecting effective channels for timely recruiting the right candidates
To support in offering process including reference check, documents collection/verified to make sure the implementation of company employment policy
Support Business HR Manager to develop and keep talents, support training programs based upon business needs
Support Business HR Manager for performance management program
To support special projects or ad-hoc assignment as needed

Requirements:

Good health
Bachelor degree or above
At least 2 years in HR functions, preferable for strong recruitment skills
Good command of oral and written English
Familiar with Microsoft Skills
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, integrity, honest and discipline
Good time management skill and result oriented
Good team player and open minded
Good planning and well organized
