CRM Consultant


Location: Shanghai



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for the business demand research and analysis for CRM project.
Draw up the implementation plan and accomplish it to whole China sales team.
Be responsible for the test, on-line and support for CRM project.
Participate in the customer research and analysis for CRM project during the pre-launch period.
Participate in the modeling of CRM.


REQUIREMENTS
College Degree in management or computer and above.
At least 2 years related experiences in CRM or other sales system implementation.
Related experience in implementation of IT project, such as SAP/ Oracle etc.
Solid knowledge of CRM and have his/ her own understanding.
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
