负责管理香港迪士尼乐园联络办事处及区域业务开发部演职人员,负责区域内全部旅游业务销售和营销活动,以实现既定关键绩效指标(KPI),这包括门票,酒店以及其他相关指标。
职责
- 达到或超过各自负责区域协定的主题公园门票和2家酒店入住目标。
- 与中国区业务开发经理和分销营销经理协同工作,共同开发适合所负责区域的销售与分销模式以及制定旅游业务营销策略。
- 领导和管理当地业务开发团队,监管整个办事处的日常事务,并履行其他行政职责。
- 在既定年度预算范围内,根据经营模式制定策略和方案。
- 规划、管理和监督当地销售团队(区域),执行已商定的策略(包括培训和教育),确保资源利用实现效率最大化。
- 合并报表并向中国区业务开发经理提供最新的市场情报。
- 与香港迪士尼乐园贸易伙伴以及主要的外部各方人士(包括当地旅游局,香港旅游发展局代表处,航空公司等)保持密切的业务关系。
基本条件
- 至少8年旅游行业销售经验
- 出色的沟通和谈判技巧

Manage the HKDL Liaison office and its Business Development casts (Region) and be responsible for the overall travel trade sales and marketing activities within the region to achieve the stated KPI(s) – including admission, room night as well as other related indicators.
Responsibilities
1.Achieve or exceed the agreed goals of admission (theme park) and room night (2 hotels) from the respective region.
2.Work with Manager, Business Development, China and Manager, Distribution Marketing to develop sales and distribution model and travel trade marketing strategy appropriate for responsible region.
3.Lead and manage the local Business Development team, oversee the entire office routines as well as to perform other administrative duties.
4.Develop tactics and programs in accordance to the business model with the given annual budget.
5.Plan, manage and monitor local sales team (Region) to execute the agreed strategies (training and education included) for ensuring maximum efficiency on resources spent.
6.Consolidate reports as well as updated market intelligence to Manager, Business Development, China.
7.Maintain cohesive business relationships with HKDL trade partners as well as key external parties including local tourism bureaus, HKTB Rep. office, airlines, etc.
8. Coordinate with other HKDL sales divisions for any business lead generated from China to the Resort i.e. youth, BS&E.
Basic Qualifications
? 8 years of sales and trade marketing experiences in a management role
? Fluent in spoken English
? Bachelor Degree
