Product Specialist is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales team, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Specialist’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Product;

· Work with RA team for the registration pipeline set up;

· Drive the marketing plan and marketing activities to help sales team to achieve the sales goals; develop selling tools;

· Be an expert with respect to the competitor, help to develop the competitive analysis;

· Develop and build up education program including national level and regional level;

· Build relationships with KOLs and key accounts; gather and analyze VOC and VOM;

· Provide training to sales team/distributor sales/end users.


Basic Requirements of the Job:

· Bachelor degree required;

· Restorative or Prosthodontics experience required; stomatological education strongly preferred;

· 2~3 years working experience in dental for Sales/Marketing/Training; marketing experience strongly preferred;

· Excellent communication skills, good English skills required

· Team player, self starter, hard worker, quick learner, results oriented, detail oriented, creative
