Central Kitchen(CK) Manager / Senior Manager
(Management)
Reporting Structure:
Supervisor(s): VP, Production, Bakery Division
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in CK to ensure it complies with company’s policies, procedures and standards.
Ensure production output maintains consistently high quality and standards in terms of aesthetics, freshness and taste. Ensure the output quantities meet Outlets’ demands.
Coordinate CK inter-department activities to achieve smooth operations with efficiency & productivity.
Improve efficiency in all CK production departments to achieve Cost optimization (COGS & Labor).
Implement Maintenance & Repair program to ensure machinery, tools & equipment are well maintained and functional
Ensure CK operations comply with all relevant food and workplace safety requirements. Maintain hygiene policy & practices, quality control procedures & practices, workplace health and safety policy and practices.
Work closely with Senior Management to improve CK process & work flow for future growth; perform any other related duties assigned by Senior Management from time to time.
Coach and oversee the professional development of individual CK staff.
Build up the technical expertise of the various CK departments to improve production quality and standards.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree with 5~8 years’ experience in heading large scale Bakery CK operations
· Culinary or F&B background would be an advantage
· Good knowledge of China FDA requirements, HACCP & Hygiene standard
· Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment with “CAN DO” attitude
· Strong Computer literate and good knowledge of ERP, SAP,MRP,WMS
Preferably bilingual in Chinese (required) and English
Personal Attributes:
· Meticulous person with good organizational skills, and demand for high standards
· Good bakery skills and sense of aesthetics
· Good leadership, coordination skills, interpersonal skills and team work skill
Good management skills and multi-task handling skills
Self-motivated and fast learner

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
5-days work week (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6pm)
