MISSION
Setup & lead the regional technical level 2 team to provide internal and external MI customers with product and technical pre/post sales support to contribute to business growth and sustainment through technical involvement, influence and teamwork as an operation top-level contributor and specialist for customer/sales support

MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Supply a front and back office high level of expertise and technical support to presales and postsales : pre sales and post sales, on site tectnical support and helpdesk technical support, new product launch, internal staff training , share the technical skill and experience---Focus on Laser
? To promote and implement plan of action to increase the overall technical capabilities and knowledge throughout the China area.---Focus on Laser
? Monitor technical capabilities throughout the China area and identify shortfalls relative to the business plan---Focus on Laser
? Liaise between China and GDS (technical support escalation), conduct real time level 3 issue escalation & follow up & drive to issue closure to ensure a high level customer satisfaction at the region achieved
? Educate customers to the benefits of investing in Markem-Imaje Product and Services when at the customer site
? Ensure high quality technical trainings for overall technical team---Focus on Laser
? Make sure the Markem-Imaje operations standards are properly applied inside overall technical team
? Technical data collection & analysis; Product/parts quality tracking & escalation
? Adhere to all Markem-Imaje policies; i.e., ICT policy, Staff handbook, Safety and Workshop 5S and customer policies.
? Develop and maintain technical and operational competency on Markem-Image products through study, training, hands on use and field exposure to customer applications and technical skill. Required to successfully complete product training courses and demonstrate competency level as defined by management.

REQUIRMENTS
? Bachelor’s Degree with Mechanical or Electronics background, with 3~5 years of related field services experience catering to FMCG, electronics and industrial sector, experience providing front and back office technical support
? Solid and proven laser knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical system theory and solid ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and provide solutions to problems of laser.
? Solid interpersonal and customer relationship management skills. Proven ability to share knowledge for diverse audiences of varying size and negotiate with customers when conflict arises
? Solid skills to plan and prioritize multiple activities and commitments through effective time management and proper preparations prior to delivering support services
? Good hands-on ability and teamwork
