任职资格：
1、建筑学等设计专业全日制本科以上学历；
2、具有一定专业基础知识，有1年以上BIM建模工作经验，在修改、调用、计算等环节有丰富经验；

3、有志于从事BIM设计和研究工作，熟练运用Revit、CAD软件，熟悉其他三维设计软件（Sketchup、Rhion等）；
4、具有幕墙相关设计能力和经验。


岗位职责：
1、熟练运用BIM相关软件，能对方案进行深化和优化设计，应用BIM从方案到施工图阶段的设计工作；
2、具有一定的BIM研发能力，参与BIM的研发工作。
