Position Details
This role will interface with internal/CM departments such as quality, manufacturing, customer service, and engineering to coordinate, and expedite the repair and return of products.
Conduct regular Process Audits both Internal and External. Will drive the action items until closure.
Direct weekly meetings on related Quality activities with internal and CM teams.
Drive continuous improvement activities within RMA/PRP process.
Drive and assist as needed in the global RMA (Return Material Authorization) and PRP (Problem Resolution Process) team so cycle time and backlog performance targets are achieved.
This role will also monitor the quality and completeness of PRP report, written in English, being provided to our customers

Required Qualifications
Self driver with ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize job tasks and work without constant supervision.
Excellent both written and spoken communication skills in English.
Have substantial experience in Optical Field 5+ years (for BS) or 3+ years (for MS) work experience - knowledge in fiber-optics products and its components.
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Be able to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
Strong knowledge and experience in Quality disciplines, including 8D, SPC, FMEA, Error-proofing, PPAP (or similar)
Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred. DOE experience a plus.
Work in a team environment and effectively communicate with other functions.
Ability and willingness to pitch in and help others as required.
Be customer driven and focused on attention to detail.
