General Summary/Scope 基本描述
A global diversified industrial product company is seeking a business development associate in assisting the strategic planning and acquisition projects of the portfolio companies to achieve aggressive market entry and expansion objectives in China. The candidate will have extensive exposure in much diversified industrial product segments and will play an active role in the organic / in-organic growth strategies of the company’s global leading industrial product brands in China.


Major Responsibilities/Duties 工作职责% of Time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
1) Support the China growth strategy of portfolio companies in conducting market studies on competitor landscape, customer intelligence and industry trend of relevant product segments by utilizing internal(80%) and external(20%) resources;
2) Coordinate with external consultants and portfolio companies in conducting commercial due diligence and developing go-to-market strategies;
3) Proactively track market development in relevant product segments in China;
4) Indentify and screen M&A and strategic development targets upon request from portfolio companies;
5) Evaluate acquisition opportunities through business and financial analysis;
6) Initiate contacts and meetings with prioritized M&A targets;
7) Assist the acquisition project in coordinating and managing the due diligence process;
8) Provide support in deal negotiation and post-integration activities.





Key Requirements 主要要求
Education教育背景: BA or BS.
Experience 经验: Professional experiences required:
· The candidate shall have some knowledge on market research and analysis tools and is working for MNC corporate, VC/PE or advisory firm;
· Possess experiences of work effectively with people from various backgrounds and business functions in multiple projects environment.
Language skills语言: Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Computer skills 电脑: Solid PPT, Excel skills and knowledge on financial modelling
