Job description

The candidate is responsible for selling technical value and accelerating market adoption of Rational's state-of-the-art end-to-end DevOps solutions, including identifying new sales opportunities, soliciting and securing clients' business requirements, writing technically oriented business proposals, demos, PoCs, PoTs, creating and sharing reusable sales assets, and partnering with sales and extended IBM teams to close deals and servicing to ensure client success.

Requirements:

The candidate must have minimum 5-8 years of experience in real-world software development and software selling. He/she must be able to work independently under minimum supervisor to drive a sales opportunity from identification to technical selling to closure to servicing. He/she must have superior leadership, communications, and organizational skills, and must be able to lead and work effectively with IBM team mates, business partners, and clients toward a mutually beneficial business objective.

Bachelor's Degree

At least 8 years experience in relevant working experience
