To maintain accurate and timely records of company’s accounts receivables and payables accounts, and meets the statuary reporting requirements.

? Responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable and account payable ledger on a timely and accurate manner
? Make reconciliations with both inter-company and 3rdparty customers, vendors and service providers
? Invoices verifications, including matching with PO, delivery orders, goods receipts, contracts etc.
? Responsible for sales revenue recognition and make the corresponding entries, including related VAT issues
? Coordinating with the operation departments and manufacturing plants, provides AR AP related supports, including the receivables aging, collection summaries etc.
? Supporting for monthly closing and financial statements preparations ensure to meet the monthly closing schedules.
? Accomplish other task assigned by the controllers.
