Reporting to the Head of Compliance Asia Pacific and CEO, Greater China, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a detailed compliance governance framework to include oversight and monitoring, support and advice and the development and implementation of Global and local compliance policies and processes applicable for all business lines in Experian Greater China. The role will work closely with the Asia Pacific Compliance Team and will develop the Compliance framework for Greater China.

Job Responsibilities:

? Providing Compliance guidance and support for all business units, including Marketing Services, Data Analytics and Business Information Services to ensure published action plans for Compliance programs are identified, implemented and monitored for ongoing effectiveness
? Implementation and maintenance of the Global 7 Elements Programme (Accountability, Regulatory Change Management, Policies and Procedures, Monitoring and Testing, Issue Management and Reporting.)
? Ensure local management clearly understands the status of each of the Global 7 Elements within Greater China prior to submitting reporting to the next level of management.
? Ensure risk based new client “on-boarding” process is implemented and maintained by conducting ongoing monitoring reviews of the process.
? Work closely with Asia Pacific Compliance Team to ensure Compliance Policies and associated standards are implemented successfully
? Support Asia Pacific Compliance Team in identifying key items of regulatory change impacting Greater China and ensuring impact country is prepared for any such change
? Working with Government Affairs to assess the risk on potential exposure and provide regulatory change management reporting to regional leaders
? Review, implement and act as key stakeholder in local and regional product development/enhancement/approval; identifying risk balanced solutions that enable growth in the business
? Conduct appropriate Compliance training including effective training related to Data Privacy Laws, Global Anti-Corruption, Global Code of Conduct, Global Anti-Fraud, Global 3rd Party Due Diligence and other necessary training as identified

Requirements:

? 5-7 years experiences with Compliance background, knowledge and experience on data privacy laws and internal controls are added advantage
? Detailed experience of developing and implementing policies and processes
? Ability to assimilate and interpret information covering a wide range of diverse business areas and the associated regulatory risks
? Demonstrated experience in developing training materials
? Capable of evaluating risk verses reward
? Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
? Excellent attention to detail
? Ability to share knowledge in a clear and business friendly manner
? Be a great team player and build strong stakeholder management with ability to develop strong, respected corporate governance relationships
? Excellent written and oral communications in English & Chinese Mandarin
