KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Responsible for China corporate banking & client coverage business.
· Proactively enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve business targets.
· Develop and acquire new business to deepen business relationships with existing and potential clients in the grater Beijing Market.
· Provide investment advices and tailor-made solutions to clients.
· Cross sell various banking products including syndication, cash management, trade, Global Markets products, and etc.
· Work closely with counterparts in other countries to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing, and product positioning in the region.
· Prepare credit proposals and perform financial analysis to facilitate credit assessment and approval.
· Monitor underlying credit risk through effective risk management.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
· With good banking product knowledge including Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Global Markets.
· Strong in credit and risk analysis, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Strong in business development skills, performance driven, and sales-oriented
· Able to work independently and under pressure.
· Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
· Aggressive, result oriented with good business acumen.
