We’re the Office ecoSystem team in Microsoft China, chartered with building the apps ecoSystem for the world. We contribute to the Office platform in two ways:

ü We build and share web and mobile controls with the Open Source community that allow developers to quickly integrate Office 365 services into their apps

ü We build the external data pipeline into SharePoint and Office apps

And everything we do we validate with partners and customers. The underlying technology stack includes Microsoft Azure, HTML5, JavaScript, node, Angular, Bower, Cordova, and more. We release on github.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our ranks to lead our controls effort. You’ll be responsible for executing on the Office controls strategy for internal use and for professional developers and for engaging the professional developer community. You’ll lead a small team of highly skilled and motivated program managers to help get it all done. And you’ll partner with teams in Azure, Visual Studio, and MS Open Tech to magnify the team’s ability to deliver on the strategy.

Your professional qualifications must include:

- 8+ years working experience in software development/testing or program management experience

- Have gone through at least one complete product release cycle for large scale enterprise applications or complex web applications

- Fluent in English, both oral and written

- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline

Prior PM experience at Microsoft is strongly preferred.
