1. Strong front end experience including HTML5, CSS(Can work with Bootstrap is a plus), Javascript(Can work with JQuery), Angular, Python(Know other Script Language like PHP, JAVA, Perl is a plus)
2. Team lead experience is a plus and has the ability to work well with the GUI team members as well as communicate nicely with other cross functional teams.
3. Architecture, design, unit testing, integration testing experience is a must and test driven development experience is a plus.
4. Good track record of delivering high quality product in the past.
5. Network industry experience is a plus.
6. Passion with front end development, curious and like challenges.
7. Know how to debug C is a plus
8. Can read and write English, good spoken English is a Plus
