Senior Coal Handling Engineer 高级输煤工程师
Base: Beijing
Roles and Responsibilities (Specific Accountabilities):
? Design or prepare bid documents for Coal Conveying System, include analysis, calculations, research, selection, layout, etc.
? Develops, plans, coordinates and directs the engineering work for a major project, or several smaller, but complex projects. This includes work assignments, staffing, scheduling and review.
? Develops or evaluates plans/criteria or special analyses required in support of the engineering effort.
? Develops new or improved techniques or procedures for application in unique engineering.
? Coordinates the design of assigned systems or projects with involved B&V personnel and client management.
? Maintains engineering records, lists and reports as required to ensure compliance with the client’s schedule, adherence to the budget, adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure engineering problems are monitored and resolved.
? Supports continuous improvements efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements.
? May also perform all detailed design himself.
Education and Experience Requirement
? At least 12 years’ experience of designing Coal System of power plants.
? At least completed 1 major E/EP/EPC projects as a lead engineer with demonstrated quality. The major project size should be more than 300MW.
? Bachelor or above graduation majored in Engineering from a reputable university domestic or abroad.
? Senior Engineer certificate is required.
Skills and Competency
? Must have good command of English. Can effectively attend meetings with foreign clients and deliver qualified English report if needed.
? Must have very good presentation skills and can give a professional presentation in front of clients if needed.
? Must have good communication skills and team working spirit.
? Attention to details and quality oriented.
? International project experience is desirable.
? Good PC and network familiarity.
