职位描述
Job Description:
1. Maintain and update corporate databases (Apostles, Mass and Exhibition Media)
2. Maintain and update corporate website on a daily basis; optimize and promote corporate website under the direction of Marketing Director
3. Source the right media (print and web media) and put in place media lists for placing ads; ad contracts execution; follow up payment and invoice, ad design, proofreading, design file transmission, sample copies collection, etc
4. Co-ordinate marketing material translation and conduct preliminary proofreading
5. Maintain close relationship with mass and exhibition media; collect (from different BU) and distribute corporate and exhibition press releases and event information to related mass media and exhibition media (print and web); collect clippings
6. Assist Marketing Director in production (print and web) such as print newsletter and e-Newsletter, print and E-greeting cards, annual event calendar brochures, corporate video, corporate gifts and other promotion items in terms of content collection, vendor sourcing and liaison, proofreading/quality control, distribution.
7. Assist Marketing Director in preparing and coordinating PR activities, such as receptions, press conferences, and media interviews in terms of invitation, venue selection, booking and decoration, protocols
8. Corporate marketing material filing.
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in communications, writing or marketing
2. Good copywriting and communication capability
3. Good command of written English
4. Flexible, well-organized, attention to details, efficient and hardworking
5. Basic knowledge of e-marketing and website is preferred.
