The E-marketing Manager is responsible for driving e-marketing strategy, online products development priorities, and online products release plans. This position requires close interaction with key customers, project managers and website developers,.
The E-marketing Manager must possess a unique blend of e-marketing and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. The manager will spend time in the market to understand customer problems, and find innovative solutions.
Key Accountabilities Deliverables:
* Lead e-marketing strategy to meet or exceed the company's target revenue goals and e-marketing objectives.
* Formulate and validate e-marketing, product, and functional requirements that are actionable by web developer and effectively balance market, customer, and technology drivers (NOVA Platform).
* Lead the team to execute and ensure that e-products and websites meet customers' requirements (external and internal), delivered on schedule, and address market needs.
* Work collaboratively with project managers on new or existing e-product release scope, plan, resources, and timelines.
* Provide product expertise to Marketing Director, Project Managers to inform messaging, positioning, sales collateral & tools. Establish positioning and messaging platform for reporting and business intelligence product offerings, including competitive analysis and pricing. Work with marketing to generate associated collateral including PPT and brochures for e-products.
* Serve as an authoritative e-marketing evangelist internally, ensuring that all websites and online platforms stakeholders (Project Managers and Marketing) remain aligned and informed and that e-minimum standards are kept.
* Provide support for e-marketing related marketing events, seminars and other outbound activities as required.
* Act as a key point of contact with industry influencers and partners to ensure the highest levels of visibility and recognition for online platform.
* Establish and maintain key relationships with product and third party implementation partners to establish e-marketing process best practices for the implementation of reporting and business intelligence products.
* Prepare detailed e-marketing presentations, and other materials to explain requirements internally and externally.
* Work with team to provide Functional Specification documentation with use cases, success Stories, and other materials.
* Manage enhancement processes collaboratively with project teams and development to support a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Assist with documentation, process flows, specifications, and diagrams to provide direction and training support and project teams.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of online product sales and management experience.
* Must have experience in bringing releases to market and managing online products to maximize achievement of company's e-marketing strategy.
* Experience must include a track record of excellent communication in all marketing materials (Presentation creation/messaging, presentations to field, product data sheets, sales tools, etc.).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Customer-facing experience and skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to broker conflicting inputs to achieve mutually satisfactory results.
* Strong analytical and decision making skills.
* Strong understanding of online and ad analytics, SEO and social media
* Ability to multi-task and work under high customer demand and changing priorities
