职位描述
Role Purpose:
Achieve the sales and profit objectives of nationwide and product portfolio and talent management of assigned sales representatives within nation. Promote and establishes physician and account education of the company’s products and service.
Job functions:
- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of nationwide.
- Responsible for managing assigned sales quota
- Develop Critical Care sales strategies to achieve product sales, pricing, penetration and profit targets. Review product sales performance against objectives and modify strategies as necessary for achievement of goals and quarterly forecasts.
- Develop and implement national marketing strategies.
- Maintain current knowledge of competitive business strategies and product pipeline and incorporate into national sales plans and strategies
- Participate in management meetings to develop and refine strategies to maintain, develop and convert business
- Responsible for managing nationwide talent including staffing, evaluation, career development, providing direction, influencing decisions, fostering teamwork, motivating, coaching, planning and organizing, and championing change where needed.
- Manage and adhere to T&E expense budget, inventory management and other variable expenses.
Required Education/Skills/Experience:
?A minimum of ten years of high-performing sales experience as well as a minimum of five years in sales and/or marketing management experience is required. Management experience should be within the medical device arena.
?Bachelor degree with major in medicine / science / biotech / bioengineering / business / marketing related discipline, MBA definite an advantage.
?Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Must have demonstrated skills in the following areas; leadership, coaching and counseling, budgeting, negotiation, selling and strategic planning.
?Must have strong analytical and financial skills with a demonstrated ability to understand competition and industry trends. Ability to foster and develop effective internal and external business relationships is essential.
?Requires exceptional leadership, presentation and communication skills; strong organization skills; and ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization. PC skills (Excel/Word, Data Base tracking software, etc.) are required.
?Fluency in Chinese and English
?Nationwide and MNC experience , definite an advantage
