职位描述

Position Summary:

This position will lead all HR aspect for a specific Business Unit / Function. This position is an HR Generalist role, covering all dimensions of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, people’s development, management development, etc. Most importantly, this position partner with the Head of the BU / Function on strategic topics such as : change of organization, talent assessments, Talent Development Review, leadership team building & development, engagement, retention and other critical HR topics.

Job Responsibility:

-Report to the Head of HR GCK and propose Unit’s HR plans and strategy,
-Partner with the Head of the Business Unit / Function to define and implement HR strategy for that specific Unit
-Handles all HR matters for the specific entity, partner with other HRBP / HR Specialists to ensure consistency,
-Ensure alignment with China and Global HR Strategy, on key and core processes or policies
-Propose, present and validate an HR Plan for the Unit based on business realities and trends,
-Partner with the Unit management team to implement HR actions which helps to attract, retain and develop EW best talents,
-Manage daily HR Operations at the Unit level : HR admin, HR database, employee relations, employee information & communication on key HR / Performance processes (PMO settings, TDR, ….),
-Implement HR programs at the Unit level (ie : specific on boarding programs, wellness initiatives, ….)
-Assess, and design individual development plans for leaders and managers. Work closely with TA / TD managers to implement these plans. Track, follow up results and report to HR & management,
-Define Unit recruitment strategies -> key positions, profiles, sourcing strategy, etc and ensure to meet BU’s hiring needs timely.
-As part of the HR team, support cross BU / functions activities and programs


Qualification:
- 7 - 10 years working experience in HR, ideally as HRBP. A non HR experience would be a plus (ie : sales, management, …)
- Ideally candidate would have experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or life science related industries, with a strong emphasis on marketing & sales operations,
- Used to work in matrix and complex organizations. Experience in a US or EU Headquartered organization is a plus,
- MBA, Master in HR will be a plus
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
- Proven experience in working with Senior Executives and stakeholders,
- Demonstrated leadership with ideally managing managers’ experience.
- Strong business acumen skills. Willingness to spend time on the field in a regular bass and interact with all employees from the Unit / Function,
- Must be highly responsible and accountable and have the ability to perform work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
- Fluency in English and Chinese. Good oral and written communication skills,
- Must have high integrity, ethics and strong values as well as the ability to exercise independent judgment,
- Team player,
- Must have an ability to handle various HR matters from the most strategic to the most tactical,
- Ability to work in a fast changing, high pressure organization,
- Experience in handling change management project /programs, within sales / P&L driven organization
