- Responsible for the export control daily monitoring (include release block orders, maintain license, etc.) in the New MS Global Trade System (“GTS”) for APAC/China.

- Support the department head to monitor potential export control regulatory changes in PRC Customs, MOFCOM, and other related authorities and set it in GTS system.

- Provide trainings to different business units in terms of export control regulations globally and china focus.
- Work closely with US and Germany global export control office to collect regulations from remaining APAC countries and set it in GTS system.
- Involvement/ coordination of all the export control license/permit application in China.
- Work with global HS code office to maintain all the HS codes for China/APAC.
- Support supply chain, logistics, other operational teams in resolving daily HS codes issues with China Customs.
- Perform centralization of the pre-classification ruling application for all New MS China legal entities.
- This position will also provide ad-hoc supports to the head of Customs and trade compliance.

Requirement
- Bachelor degree in economics, business or law and other related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant post graduate working experience in export control area with GTS/license application experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of PRC export control laws and regulations.
- Knowledge and experience in HS code monitoring,
- Highly motivated with demonstrated growth potential, be willing to stretch and results oriented.
- Good presentation and communication skills. Excellent and demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, writing, interpersonal and communication skills are important to the success of this position.
- Ability to work independently, exhibits ownership and initiations.
- Good English, Mandarin both in written and verbal.
