Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with senior management of the company on designing and executing our international business plan
2. Developing pipeline and help structure sound business deals including co-development of wind farm projects with partners in Europe, Australia/New Zealand, North America and Latin America.
3. Working with partners in identifying, assessing and developing potential wind farm projects which are at different stages of development.
4. Collaborating with colleagues internally and consultants/lawyers/partners externally to assist in the deal negotiation process and project development. This requires knowledge of all Envision functions and the “value-add” to customers/ partners.
5. Maintaining regular, proactive communications, via face-to-face meetings, telephones and emails with clients/partners. Maximizing clients/partner relationships to ensure fast business growth.
6. Participating in marketing activities, including trade show and conference attendance and product marketing development.
7. Remaining current on market regulations and industry trends which affect Envision business for the target markets.

Qualifications:

1.2-5 year experience in business development, commercial and financial areas. The renewable sector knowledge is a strong plus.
2. Understanding of market dynamics and procedure/process/legal requirements in the key renewable markets.
3. Demonstrated success in understanding commercial terms, and negotiation strategy, balancing business profitability and customer needs.
4. Ability to understand technical language and to recognize and differentiate technical issues, and translate needs to the Envision value proposition for potential customers/partners.
5. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to make business case comparisons for internal and external presentation.
7. University degree is minimum requirement
