Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with senior management of the company on designing and executing the international capital market plan
2. Undertaking comprehensive financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation of the renewable projects
3. Assisting in execution of financial transactions, including book building, pricing and syndication process; documentation and liaising with other external intermediaries/ institutions
4. Preparing pitch presentations and marketing materials
5. Working with external companies and financial sponsors to originate, structure and execute equity and equity-linked financings requirements
6. Collaborating with colleagues internally to know about all Envision functions and the “value-add” to customers/ partners.
7. Maintaining regular, proactive communications, via face-to-face meetings, telephones and emails with clients/partners. Maximizing clients/partner relationships to ensure fast business growth.
8. Remaining current on market regulations and industry trends which affect Envision capital planning in the global markets.
Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant capital market experience; sector knowledge or background in renewable industry plus
2. Some transaction and financial analytical experiences required
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills
4. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
5. Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
6. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
7. Great attention to detail
8. University degree is minimum requirement
