As a member of the Program Core Team, he/she is responsible for all the manufacturing aspects of the Program. His/her mission last from the Acquisition phase till SOP + 6 months.

Team Management 团队管理
-Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment
协调各工作包中的各项任务，并确保它们的完成
-In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers
按照项目经理的要求，和客户与供应商进行技术交流
-Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s).
担当项目核心小组和工厂之间的交流媒介
-Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program.
协调工厂内参与项目启动的小组
-Coordinate activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing team:
协调项目制造团队各活动和任务的完成
-Coordinate Prototype production
协调手工样件制作
-PC & L (Supply Chain) Engineer
-PC&L（供应链）工程师

Program Logistics 项目物流
-Including support functions if necessary (PSE, QSE, HSE…).
包括支持必要的职能（PSE，QSE，HSE…）
-Product interface (manufacturability) 产品方面（制造能力）
-Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers
通过与产品工程师的合作确保产品设计的基于现有技术可制造性。
-Ensure manufacturing feasibility

-Manage the Prototype Build and Delivery and Analysis.
管理样件制造，交付和分析
-Implement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management).

-Production System Development 生产系统开发
-Study, develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of the program: equipment and tool interfaces, layout, process flow charts, material and information flow diagram in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives.

Supervises the Make or buy:
负责 Make or Buy 分析：
-prepare the "make" input of the MOB matrix for all remaining components (including subcontracting)

-Evaluate at plant locations subcontracting possibilities
评价工厂附近进行分包的可能性
-Ensure the achievement of Process, Equipment and Facility FMEA.

Production launch 生产启动
-The PML supervises the following activities globally with the assistance of the PPTL(s)

-Manage the Production Part Approval Process (including Mass Production Trial and Extended Mass Production Trial).
管理工厂PPAP（包括MPT和EMPT）
-Manage the production launch.

-Support the Production Ramp-up.

Targets and reporting 目标和报告
-During the acquisition phase, propose the industrial objectives of the program (cycle times, flexibility…)
在获取阶段，提出项目目标（周期时间，可行性…）
-Achieve all manufacturing program objectives (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Performance) such as Process and Machine Capabilities, MPM, PPM and Scrap rate, CAPEX, Amortized costs, Material Cost, Added value, Logistics costs, Gross Margin, Start-up costs.
实现所有生产项目目标（质量，成本，交货，性能）如工艺和设备能力，MPM，PPM和废品率，CAPEX，摊销费，净增值，材料成本，物流成本，毛利率，启动成本。
-Provide the technical data for the product costing
为产品成本计算提供技术数据
-Report on a monthly base the progress of his activity (3PR level 2).
报告每月其活动的进展（3PR level 2）
-Report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities.
报告所有制造风险分析和相关的行动计划和时机
-Apply program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards.
应用项目管理系统PMS和工程更改管理ECR和佛吉亚工装和标准
-Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time.

Qualifications 资格:
The ideal candidate will have/be 理想候选人应具备:
-5 to 10 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering
在生产领域5-10年工作经验，至少一个职位为制造工程
-Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System, experience in Program launch with a plant
接受过佛吉亚卓越系统和项目管理系统培训，在工厂项目投产的经验
-Proven technical skills on product and process
熟悉的产品和工艺技术
-Ability to manage functional plant Manufacturing Engineering network
有能力管理工厂制造工程网络
-Familiar with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments)
熟悉项目财务技能（成本，损益，投资）
