Job Duties

· Lead the development of identified automotive target accounts as part of the automotive team in North/Central China from establishing of contact until close of business and successful implementation.

· Identify potential customers within the Vertical Market Automotive.

· Derive a customer specific development plan and conduct continuous account mapping.

· Establish relationship with new focus customers agreed on with Vertical Market Manager.

· Lead RFQs from pre-preparation phase up to final business implementation.

· Support sub-regions on automotive related topics.

· Take on lead for major automotive related opportunities provided by our global network.

· Achieve agreed targets for chosen Target Accounts.

· Report the business development activities to his management according to existing formats on agreed period.

· Prepare detailed input of CRM system and monthly performance report to management

Job Requirements

· Bachelor degree or higher

· Minimum 6 years working experience in logistics of which preferable 3 years spent in Sales/Key Account, Business Development.

· Experience in the automotive industry is a big plus

· Highly motived and result driven.

· Customer oriented with strategically/analytical approach.

· Exceptional communication skills & team buidling spirit

· Independent & able to work with minimal supervision

· Excellent presentation & communication skills

· English and Chinese (mandarin) speaking

· Good project management skills
