Job Role:

· To provide PM services across a broad spectrum of the PM product range based on personal experience and professional training

· To deliver elements of larger Project Management assignments or a wider array of tasks on smaller assignments

Responsibilities:

· Deliver full project management service on a variety of projects with little need of supervision

· Obtain and confirm client's brief as necessary

· Communicate and understand the end user's requirement

· Determine need for consultant and select suitable consultant as appropriate

· Select suitable contractors for work

· Preparing cost proposal for planning and actual expenditure (including variation order)

· Coordinate with the client, the landlord, contractors and other tenants

· Chair project meetings and arrange for recording of actions and distribute minutes of project meetings

· Daily site monitoring and supervision such as working programme and workmanship

· Check and record payment to contractors or suppliers

· Secure accruals as necessary with supporting documents

· Manage and control all electronic communication on a daily basis, soft and hard copies as appropriate

· Complete project closure timely (e.g. as-built drawings, handover/defects list/acceptance/ client feedback etc.)

· Complete other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

· At least 3-5 years experience in management of construction or fit-out projects.

· Good command of written & spoken English

· Knowledge of fundamental PM system and procedures in the construction industry

· Has a 'can do' attitude to use technical or professional expertise to solve issues and generate a creative practical solution

· Contribute to personal development planning to Assistant PM within the team
