职位描述
- Based in DB office
- English and Mandarin (dersirable)
- Knowledge of Chinese invoicing and contracting practices
- Reports to the Project Owner
- Competent with Excel / Word / Adobe
- Responsible for:
- Client cost management
- Receiving certified payment certificates from the Project Manager & processing Client Approval
- Verifying remaining invoices and processing Client Approval
- Reconciling accounts in accordance with management systems
- Contract Management
- Assisting in Procurement activities
- Managing Approval and Chopping process of appointments
- Tracking Contract Change Requests
- Identifying opportunities for DB saving
- Project Co-ordiantion
- Document & File Management of incoming documents
- Minute taking as required
- Meeting Scheduling
