REPORTING TO: Team Leader
Job Role:
·To act in the capacity of Quantity Surveyor.
·Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
·To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
·Provide Cost Advice and Cost Planning including estimate, financial feasibility and comparative design studies, cost-in-use studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections and profit/loss forecasts, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.
·Provide Contract Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents.
·Contract Services including all post-contract services, for example VO, Claims, Payment, Financial Report, Final Account and attending project meetings.
·Provide QS role pro-actively and professionally.
·Provide professional reports better than traditional QS service.
Skills/Experience Required:
·Good communication, inter-personal and supervisory kills.
·Be prepared to travel outstation but not long period business trip.
·Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
·10+ years working experience in related field or higher.
·Design and Build Procurement experience.
·Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
·Professional qualification is preferable.
