职位描述
Scope of Daily works
- Preparation of RFP documentation , Tendering organization, tender analysis, narrative tender report , minutes of meeting
- Drafting Letter of Intent, Purchase Order, Conditions of Contract
- Preparation of Contractual letter, claim defense report, claim negotiation with Contractor
- Prepare Payment certificates, coordinate the quantity re-measurement with Project engineer
- Identifying variations , evaluate Contractor's proposal, New rates assessment , change meetings
- Final Account
Basic Requirements
1: about 10 years in Quantity Surveying / Contract Administration.
2: Contract management experiences. Familiar with international prevailing conditions of Contract, such as FIDIC, JCT etc.
3: Good negotiation skills with Contractors and communication skills with other departments.
4: familiar with international BOQ tendering procedure.
5: previously working in L&B, Windnell, Wooten, M+W can be advantage.
6: English shall be good on both oral and written (Li Gen's Level is OK)
7: The candidate shall be familiar with Civil , Structure and Architecture (CSA)
