Overall Objective / Purpose of the role:

· To assist with the development of QS services and products

· To provide QS services across a broad spectrum of the QS product range based on personal experience and professional training.

· To deliver all work outputs in an accurately and timely manner.

· To deliver key elements of larger QS assignments under the supervision of a Service Delivery Team Leader or above.

· Competent in the delivery of QS Products relevant to their personal experience. Integral team member in the deliver key elements of larger assignments

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

· To take responsibility for the delivery of projects, commissions and professional assignments.

· To mentor and support Trainees and Graduates in their professional development at EC Harris.

· To be able to take a brief from a client and to assist in the preparation of fee proposals.

· Capable of taking a QS assignment from inception through to completion with limited supervision.

· Be a team player and integral member of their business unit.

Relevant Experience:

· Minimum 5 years relevant experiences

· Strong experience with Corporate Real Estate Clients

· familiar with cost/contract/insurance

· Fluent in English, spoken and written

· Proficient in PC application, specially Excel

Relevant Qualifications / Membership:

· Recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline which is eligible for HKIS / RICS

· Chartered Member of HKIS or RICS or equivalent
