1. Responsible for overall sales administrative operation support, handle all sales administration and order placing to product centers, ensure punctuality and accuracy of order processing.
2. Support financial controller for purchase billing matters
3. Responsible for Custom clearance processing, including new orders and spare parts for all 3 product units (AMTS, ADMS, CS)
4. Responsible for documentation of sales contracts, sales confirmation, local sourcing and Custom clearance
5. Coordinate, inspect, record and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
6. Administrative support to head of product units, including project coordination, working hour tracking, project document management,
7. Other tasks as assigned

Requirement

1. Degree/Diploma holder in mechanical, materials, equipment or equivalent
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience of similar position in engineering or mechanic industry
3. Good English (oral & written) and Mandarin(oral)
4. Computer literate with good knowledge in using Microsoft Office
5. Good communicator who interacts well with people at all levels
6. Takes initiative to coordinate many details at one time
7. Proactive, hardworking, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
