The role of the Business Operation Manager whom reports to and supports the C+E China Senior Business Operation Manager, Operation in developing and executing the group’s overall strategy, business management process and framework, resource management, and metrics. This position drives the group’s business direction and fiscal responsibility. This position requires extensive inter-personal skills, excellent business planning skills, cross-group collaboration at all levels, business acumen, and the ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time. The individual must show passion about our customers, our technology and our people. The Business Manager should have strong analytical/problem solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects, outstanding organizational skills and agility, strong communication skills (verbal and written), proven project management skills and be a motivated self-starter.

Job Responsibilities include

- Lead the annual planning process, working in alignment with the business planning processes.

- Manage the regular rhythm of the business including staff meetings, All Hands meetings, business briefings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other events as needed.

- Actively participate in and liaison with the greater ARD Business Manager community, Leadership Team and functional Leads.

- Drive operation excellent to provide efficient, valuable support to function

- Establish efficient operational cadence to review against goals, objectives and shared commitments

- Govern the monthly scorecard process to ensure compliance to expected metrics

- Drive our communications strategy & tactics, including portal, blogs & newsletters

- Support C+E China on ad-hoc project

- Act as the proxy for the LT where appropriate

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of proven experience in business operation, administration or project management.

- Experience and ability to engage with senior leader in China and US headquarter.

- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external strongly preferred

- Track record on execution

- Excellent written and oral English communications skills required

- Excellent Chinese communications skills required

- Strong presentation and project management skills are essential

- Good knowledge of MS products and technologies

- A BA/BS degree in English, Business Administration or related discipline preferred

- Travel required
