Job description

As a Web Architect, you will

• Lead the design and implementation of the whole front end products (CMS, business management tools) ;

• Take responsible for the establishment and implementation of front-end architecture ,and lead the development of front-end framework;

• Be responsible for carding and optimizing front-end development process, build an efficient integrated front-end development environment, and improve the quality and efficiency of the front-end development;

• Be responsible for the front-end design and select the right technical;

• Take responsible for the coordination with related technical team ,write the preparation of core framework code and guide the design work of other engineers;

• Actively understand industry development, new technologies and the future development trend; program the feature design of company's technical architecture

Required Skills:

• Major in Computer science or related bachelor degree, with a strong software architecture design capabilities, 3-5 years experience in PHP development;

• Be familiar with CMS system structure, be proficient in one of Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal, be proficient in ThinkPHP, Yii, or Zend ;

• Be proficient in the development technology of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 ;

• Understand the Web standard deeply, have the rich knowledge on browser principle and Web Performance Optimization ;

• Be familiar with the front-end collaborative development and the front-end deployment architecture;

• Have some experience or insights at the front end of automated and unit testing, continuous integration;

• Deeply understand on the front and the back end of the collaboration model, product and project process ; it is preferred that you are experienced in back office business tools or mobile development .

• Be proficient in Web development mode , and deeply understand on the front and back end of the interactive mode .

• Proficient in the development technology of database，such as MYSQL, MongoDB

• Be proficient in the principle and application of the distributed system, message queue and cache；

• Steady, practical, a sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, good team cooperation spirit and strong learning ability.
