Position SH010: Finance Manager财务经理
Location: Shanghai Office 工作地点：上海

Report to: Managing Partner of Shanghai and Financial Controller of Mainland China

Finance Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
〉 Responsible for all accounting and financial activities of the operating entities and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements;
〉 Responsible for cash management, budget, forecast, analysis, etc;
〉 Accurate & timely submission of monthly, interim and annual financial reporting packages
〉 Maintain a good relationship with local authorities, bank and Tax bureau
〉 Accountable for on job training and development of accounting staff
〉 Coordinate with financial controller for business operation issues;
〉 Identify and drive implementation of new or changed finance processes and methods that can improve efficiency, accountability, control and visibility;
〉 Formulate and implement ERP system in Shanghai office, internal controls, policies and procedures; make recommendations on various areas for improvement;


Job Requirement:
〉 Bachelor Degree
〉 Minimum 5 years experience in the accounting, finance, or audit field preferably with an international company
〉 A deep understanding of the accounting principles (IFRS and Chinese GAAP)
〉 Computer literate and familiar with several accounting applications, especially ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP, KingDee, U8…)
〉 Certificate of professional accountant
〉 Fluent in English and Mandarin
〉 Good communication and analytical skills
〉 Effective planning and organizational skills
〉 Leadership potentials, a strong team player
〉 Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems
〉 Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
