(1) Drive forecast accuracy by closing the gap of mix error to backlog by 2.5% improvement in the first 4 months.

(2) After 6 months, Improve RAD performance by 5%, control the rush order rate to lower than 10%, and reduce the SMI rate to 10%.

(3) Within the first month, learn how to work and manage distribution

(4) Utilize customer service skills and knowledge of customers problems and inquires by responding to customers and sales within 24 hours, including: Expedites, RMAs, Credit Issues, Line stops, Lead time, Samples and other requests, especially for the escalations, with a clear explanation of the aims, bottleneck, and next action item.

(5) Work with difficult and demanding customers on a daily basis, by demonstrating working skills and communication skills, then maintain good relationship with customer, asking for specific strategic items, including but not limited to aging inventory, competitor’s information and so on.

(6) Help to coordinate customer programs and execute within established timeline, for example, B2B business process, Buffer Stock.

(7) Within the first 6 months, become familiar with system to analyze supply issues and determine best solution for customer delight.

(8) On a monthly basis, visit customer for review, also working with customer on Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
