工作描述：
- 与现场相关人员协作，确保安装质量和进度。
- 参加现场会议，确保项目进度。
- 确保隔断安装质量。
- 跟进相关项目，管理项目团队。
- 积极与客户沟通，满足客户要求并根据需要，向客户汇报进度。
- 回答项目团队及客户疑问，并处理好项目相关突发事件。
- 追踪项目成本并做好成本控制。
- 准备项目相关报告并及时汇报给公司。
- 做好完工项目的归档工作。

要求：
- 5年相关经验（建筑行业，总包公司、装修公司或隔断公司）。
- 大学以上学历，专业为土木、建筑、工程管理、建筑设计或其他相关专业。
- 理解项目运营和项目管理。
- 出众的项目管理和现场协调能力。
- 应变能力强，善于做好时间管理和任务安排。
- 书面及口语表达能力强。
- 熟练运用办公软件。
- 男性。


Job Description:
- Coordination with all related site person, ensure the installation
- Attend the site meeting and security the project schedule
- Installation Quality Control
- Track on-going projects, coordinate in-house and external resources; manage project team
- Work proactively to meet customer's demands, report project status to customer
- Prepare handoff instruction, answer query from project team
- Track project costs
- Produce project post-mortems report, archive completed project

Requirement:
- Minimum College Education
- Majoring in Construction, Civil Work, Interior Design, Architecture or other relevant fields
- Understand the project process
- Good site operation and management ability
- Good ability for MS-OFFICE
- Possess good communication skills and be good at reporting
- Good command in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Quick learner & excellent time management skills
- Male
- At least 5 years working experience in construction field
