Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
¨ To monitor the files checking, the proper approval, booking and reporting for all loan & credit line creation:
o Loan, guarantees, collateral, approval documents checking and filing
o Booking in the different systems
¨ To monitor the loan and credit line lifecycle (installment, repayment, rescheduling, renewal, overdue, …)
o Notifications, statements, credit reference letters, overdue amount claim to the customers and guarantors
o Booking in the different systems
o Periodic review of the loans & guarantees
¨ To monitor the proper reporting
o Reporting in the different legacy systems (PBOC, SAFE)
o Internal reporting (collection Basel II, statistics)
¨ To monitor the proper funding in collaboration with the centralized treasury
¨ To assist the Risk division for the commitment portfolio provisioning
¨ To apply the Risk downgrading/upgrading decisions on commitments portfolio and related booking
¨ To monitor the outsourced special deposits (mutual funds, life insurance, structured deposits) orders execution:
o Documents checking and transmission
o Booking
o Reporting, reconciliation and settlement with the providers
o Fees & commission management
Academic Background(degree and major)
--Tertiary education in Banking, Finance, or Accounting
Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how
--More than 5 years of working experience in the operations areas of Retail Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking
Skills & Competencies
--Good working knowledge of Accounting and Finance
Language Skills
--Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
Computer Skill
--Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
