Responsibilities:
- Manage localization projects, which is including project planning, resource coordinating, work assignment, LQA arranging, cost maintaining, risk managing to ensure delivering projects to client on time with the best quality.
- Identifying all project objectives and deadlines and ensuring they are met at profitable cost level.
- Client relationship maintenance and enhancement. Support account manager on business development.
- Records key information, standardize the work flow according to ISO principle.
- Interacting with customers and internal/vendor teams for project related problem identifying and solving.
- Drives the day to day process and making sure everybody is following the right process.
- Summarizing project experiences and lessons and improving our service step by step.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years working as localization project manager.
- Excellent written English and good English listening and reading and speaking.
- Highly responsible, punctual and careful
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to master new knowledge and skills quickly
- Clear logical mind on problem analyzing and solving.
- Standard Chinese pronunciation without dialect tone.
