PW-WTR Water
Essential Responsibilities
- Working closely with customers in Hydrocarbon and Chemical Processing (HPI/CPI), such as Shenhua Group/CNOOC/Sinopec/CNPC/etc., to develop and maintain close partnership relationship.
- Work closely with the end user and DIs to identify UF/MBR/RO-ED/ZLD projects and assist the DI’s design team to spec in GE Water systems.
- Work closely with team leader to develop extended scope projects.
- Identify and develop strategic partnership relationship with local EPCs and work closely with them to develop projects.
- Attend and represent GE in seminars, conferences, regulatory, and other marketing events.
- Develop technical skill-sets within the commercial team to enhance support of partners in winning opportunities
- Work with Commercial Operations and Engineering to select appropriate deals, identify proper scope for GEW and execute on globally approved deal and warranty structures.
- Use multiple GE Water & Process products and services to creatively solve customer problems and issues in many industrial processes.
- Maintain focus on compliance in all business dealings; internally and externally.
- Maintain focus on meeting demands of internal risk control processes.
- Maintain Compass customer database.
- Key performance metrics in this role are as follows:
a. Meeting annual team orders targets in Industrial sectors
b. Meeting annual team revenue targets in Industrial sectors
c. Meeting team convertible orders targets in Industrial sectors
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experiences in the Oil Company, petrochemical industry, Design Institute, technical and commercial
- BS degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
- Strong Spoken and written English language capabilities
Desired Characteristics
- 8+ years Experiences in Industrial Water Treatment market, chemical or water process engineering, equipment package direct sales.
- Advanced technical degree preferred
- Marketing Experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with multiple groups in the organizations
