Major Responsibilities
1. Acts as single technical point of contact between customer, program manager, within project team, plant, different competence centers.
2. Follow Ride work from tuning kit preparing to damping force confirm, and update BOM, release BOM
3. Follow sample build, submit, test.
4. Plan for test, and follow test, such as DV,PV; review report and submit to customer .
5.Technical problem solving lead

SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
1.Work Experience
Adequate technical & mechanical understanding.
Stress-resistant and a strong analytical and creative approach.
Good communication skills and able to operate independent within a Team structure.
Prepared to make business trips if necessary for the job.
Good knowledge of English. Spoken and written. Additional language skills requirement based on customer group focus.
Familiar with OEM program design and release system
Working knowledge of testing, FMEA and CAE analysis.
Must have the ability to utilize problem solving tools and development methods (DOE, statistical analysis experience a plus)
Must have the ability to generate engineering analysis programs, perform spreadsheet calculations, utilize program management, graphics and word processing software.
Demonstrated DVP&R and/or ride control reliability experience.
Ability to travel to suppliers, plants, and customer locations to support development requirements.

2. Education/Certification
Bachelor degree in mechanical/automotive engineering as min. preferably master.

3. Specialised Skills/Knowledge
Industrial Engineer (Preferable Mechanical Engineering).
Ride control (chassis) manufacturing experience and knowledge of lean enterprising principles a plus.
B.S. Engineering plus 5 years experience, in automotive engineering or mechanical
