中国TNC招募HR志愿者


【做什么】：

1.协助HR 各模块日常工作


2.志愿者团队管理： 入离职手续办理，志愿者档案管理，志愿者招募/培训/日常协调等


3.可能有协助其他部门临时任务的需求




【谁能来】：

1.有HR 相关学习或实习经验，且对HR 工作感兴趣的小伙伴~~

2.流利的书面和口头英语表达能力

3.每周需五个工作日到岗，能保证至少工作3个月（我们只要真爱粉和全能王！）



【你能get】：

1.提高自己的协同沟通能力，和资深HR 面对面学习取经的机会。

2.增强自己对NGO 以及其部门运转的了解，结识众多环保领域，管理领域的领军人物

3.工作期满，可获得TNC独（gao）家（duan）定（da）制（qi）志愿者证书，表现优异者可获得部门主管推荐信.

4.未来转正为TNC 大家庭正式成员的机会~~

【TNC大自然保护协会】

大自然保护协会（TNC, The Nature Conservancy）成立于1951年，是国际上最大的非营利性的自然环境保护组织之一。一直致力于在全球保护具有重要生态价值的陆地和水域，维护自然环境、提升人类福祉。

一直以来TNC热情吸纳来自各个高效有志于环境保护事业的青年学子作为志愿者在组织内工作、学习，帮助为他们未来的学习、工作积累经验、提供支持文件，同时为TNC的发展获得有潜力的人才。

协会概览
大自然保护协会(The Nature Conservancy,TNC)成立于1951年,总部设在美国弗吉尼亚州阿灵顿市,是国际上最大的非政府、非赢利性的自然环境保护组织之一.协会的一百多万会员遍布美国各州,近4千名员工参与管护总面积达600万公顷的1600多个自然保护区.在拉美、加勒比海、亚太地区,以及非洲的30余个国家,协会与合作伙伴一起保护着超过4,700万公顷的生物多样性热点地区和长度达8,000公里的河流.目前协会在亚太区的保护工作涉及中国、澳大利亚、密克罗尼西亚联邦、印度尼西亚、巴布亚新几内亚、帕劳群岛，和所罗门群岛等。
为了更有力地推进TNC在中国和蒙古两国的自然保护项目,加强环保组织、企业界以及社会各方面合作伙伴的积极有效的合作,TNC总部决定于2008年10月在北京设立"大自然保护协会(TNC)北亚区办公室".北亚区未来将覆盖以中国、蒙古为中心的、与生物多样性保护直接关联的俄罗斯东部、哈萨克斯坦和湄公河下游国家和地区。
TNC的愿景是我们期望一个拥有健康的森林、草地、沙漠、河流和海洋的世界,一个珍视自然系统与人类生活质量关联性的世界,一个所有生物赖以生存的环境可以世代长存的世界.协会的目标是与合作伙伴携手,到2015年,确保地球上每种主要生境类型的至少10%的区域得到有效保护.
