岗位职责：
1、工程项目协调：根据上级领导及部门工作流程，接收、整理因项目工程产生的各类事务，协调业务相关部门间事宜；
2、工程信息汇总：根据工程项目或部门工作情况，召集工作会议，编制会议记录；统计工程进度，施工情况、存在问题等数据和信息；项目成本预估、费用预算、部分产品到货、维修等信息，并核对到货，验收信息的准确性、及时性；
3、工程资料管理：根据工程项目管理制度，整理、录入、归档、维护项目管理档案、客户资料、售后服务、维修记录、订单、说明书等文件资料，确保历史数据保存完整、准确无误；
4、日常管理工作：及时向部门员工传递公司与部门的各项政策、制度及各类通知信息，做好会务、办公用品及日常工作管理等，提高部门工作的效率；

5、完成部门领导交办的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，文理科不限；
2、经验要求：2年以上工作经验，能熟练使用Office、Photoshop等软件，参与过项目跟进工作优先；
3、其它：英语cet-6及以上，或具备熟练的英语沟通能力，性格开朗，吃苦耐劳，有团队意识。
