职位简介：
在工程管理部主管的领导下，负责施工组织管理、进度控制、质量控制、安全管理、变更控制、分包管理，根据项目需求统筹协调设计师、机电工程师、预算员、采购员的工作，确保项目进度与质量达到公司标准和客户满意。

职位要求：
5年以上建筑施工类企业项目管理经验，要求具有项目管理知识、成本控制知识、建筑装饰知识、材料知识；熟练使用Office的各种软件/CAD/Project；有较强的计划能力、组织能力、沟通协调能力，较强的全局意识，客户服务意识、安全意识。
