About the Job:
Reporting to the HR Supervisor of Greater China, the HR Assistant is responsible to assist in providing a range of HR Services to the Organization in the country in line with local rules and QR policies.
You will need to provide full HR Administration support to the assigned stations. You would need to assist in recruitment and selection process and assist in any compensation and benefits projects from Country Manager or Regional HR. You will also need to maintain and update employee personal files, update leave records, assist in the preperation of HR records for the Management. Expertise in training coordination is needed and will need to perform any other adhoc tasks assigned.

About You:
You should be Graduate with minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally from a multi-national company. Exposure to HR system/softwares will be an advantage.
You must be computer literate with excellent command on MS-Office applications, knowledge of Chinese labour laws is very strongly preferred. You must be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
