Main responsibilities:
· Assist Manager and its team in marketing administrative support work scope such as brochure, color chart and binders design, arrange time list for arranging manager to attend seminars or meetings, and organize the tools which sales team’s need
· Assist in market trend analysis, number crunching and marketing strategy.
· Experience and/or able to conduct presentation confidently and independently to deliver a clear concept.
· Strong interpersonal skills with people from all levels and able to work in fast pace environment.
· Product samples and moke ups control, cut and management
· Organize the events such as exhibitions, distributor annual meeting and such activities.
· Keep relationship with associations in the industrial and develop.
· Marketing cost(purchase)

Requirement:
· Experienced in marketing and/or secretary role will be an added advantage
· Well presentable, eloquent, self motivated, creative, diligent and result oriented.
· Open minded, adaptable to new environment and challenge.
· Bachelor holder+，civil major will be an added advantage.
· Fluent in English and Chinese with good translation skills will be an added advantage.
· Team spirit is required

主要职责
· 协助经理负责制订公司的宣传工具，例如宣传册、彩页及宣传单的设计和制作，配合客户的需求制订时间表，安排经理参加相应的会议和活动，并根据销售部的需求制作相应的市场工具和市场宣传活动。
· 协助经理分析市场走向，分析数据及市场策略。
· 有经验/或独立的可以制作ppt并进行PPT的演示以及清晰的概念。
· 良好的沟通技巧以及能适应快节奏和高强度的工作。.
· 产品样品以及产品模型的管理，制作和切割。
· 负责各种展览活动、会议、经销商会议的组织和实施.
· 帮助总经理保持与各个行业协会的关系和良好的沟通和发展。
· 市场预算及采购相关工作

职位要求
· 有建材行业市场或/助理等工作经验优先。
· 良好的表达能力，积极主动，有创造性，勤奋、有责任心。
· 接受新生事物的能力较强，可以适应新的环境和多元文化以及较快的工作节奏
· 本科学历，工民建专业优先
· 英语熟练。
