资格：
1、要求具有丰富的装饰预算（精装修以及二次改造装修）及招投标合同谈判工作经验；
2、具有一定的现场施工和管理经验，具有较强的内部监控能力和沟通协调能力；
3、熟练使用电脑及预算软件；
4、熟练编制及核定装饰工程、预、决算，具有工程成本分析能力；
5、熟练新定额，熟悉港式清单；
6、较好的英语听说读写能力。
