The role encompasses the following:
To ensure quality service delivery for all import and domestic moves.
To supply solutions that develop and improve customers service delivery.
To liaise with client, corporate client,agents and business partners in ensuring service delivery.
Requirements and client expectations are met.
To maintain co-operation with local suppliers for local arrangement and vessel booking.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:
Personal Attributes:
Minimum of High School diploma/leaving certificate.
Excellent communication skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin is also an advantage.
A positive and out-going personality.
A high degree of diligence and good organization and multi-tasking skills.
A passion for helping people.

Personal Attributes:
A minimum of 3 years experience in the international removals industry in a customer service role is preferred. However, candidates with good backgrouds in customers service in other industries such as logistics or hospitality are also encouraged to apply.
Sound IT skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with a major removals/customer relationship management software platform is a must.
