PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

1.Develop and manage project plans, deliverables, project milestones and deadlines to achieve positive results and to meet all milestones and deadlines;
2.Proactively coordinate and communicate with team members and resolve/review any problems or issues that may occur. Report weekly on progress, forecast completion and identify and resolve risks that hinder on-time plan completion;
3.Ensure that the project team displays a high level of expertise and team spirit to provide the best possible solution;
4.Communicate between customer and understand the requirement of OEM customer.
5.Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
6.Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
7.Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
8.Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
9.Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
10.Deliver projects on time and within budget
11.Working with the other project managers and teams to drive overall process improvement
12.Develop metrics for managing the projects and the project portfolio
13.Ensure that the project roadmap continuously reflects business priorities, even as projects undergo change
14.Effectively identify and coordinate internal and external project resources. Negotiate assignment and scheduling of critical project resources.
15.Bring the ability to maintain composure, enthusiasm, energy, and focus in a variety of circumstances.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1.Master or Bachelor degree with minimum of 3 years project management experience;
2.In-depth understanding of industrial product development process and QC standards;
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good reading, writing and oral English communication skills preferred;
4.Ability to lead, influence and motivate team members;
5.Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and good analytical skills;
6.Management experience with one of ERP, SCM and BI system is a big plus.
7.Solid cross-group collaboration skills;
8.Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills;
9.Self motivated, self managing, self starter, proactive.
10.General knowledge of automobile industry
11.Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English verbal and written
12.Good communicational, organizational skills; team player
13.Dynamic personality with high energy levels, able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
14.PMP Certification is preferred

Good verbal and written communications in both English and Chinese
